Indus leadership training develops first-time, middle and senior managers through short classroom modules, AI-practised leadership conversations and 4–6 weeks of on-the-job application per module — a journey measured on what managers do differently, not on attendance.

Who it is for

Newly promoted managers who still think like individual contributors; middle managers leading through team leaders; regional and functional heads; and high-potential talent pools identified for the next role. Sales-leadership and factory-supervisor variants are available.

Outcomes we commit to

  • Managers hold structured one-to-ones, give feedback and coach — observed by their own managers within the application phase.
  • Improvement on the people metrics you choose: engagement scores, attrition in their teams, performance-conversation completion, internal promotions.
  • Each module certified on a scored leadership role-play and knowledge assessment.

Programmes in this area

Role of a manager, managerial training, coaching and mentoring, emotional intelligence, change management, performance appraisal, problem solving and decision making, and executive coaching for senior leaders. Modules combine into a leadership journey with assessments between them.

How it runs

Each module is one or two classroom days built on your own leadership situations, followed by four to six weeks in which the manager applies one or two behaviours with their real team while an Indus coach checks in. The follow-up reviews what happened, not what was planned. Across a journey, AI assessments and 360° pulses show whether behaviour is actually changing.

Frequently asked

What levels of leadership do you train?

Three tracks: first-time managers (from doing to managing), middle managers (leading through others, performance, cross-functional influence) and senior leaders (strategy, culture, change). Tracks can be combined into a 6–12 month leadership journey.

How long is a leadership development programme?

A single module is 2 days plus 4–6 weeks of application; a full journey is typically 4–6 modules over 6–12 months with assessments between them.

Do you use assessments such as MBTI or 360°?

Yes, where useful: MBTI, DiSC, Johari Window and 360° feedback at the start, and Indus AI assessments and scored role-plays between modules to track behaviour change.

Can this be delivered for a specific function, for example sales leadership?

Yes. Sales leadership, service leadership and factory first-line leadership are the most common variants, with cases from that function.
