Indus communication skills training teaches employees and managers to structure a message, listen, question, give feedback, present and write clearly — practised with an AI counterpart between sessions and applied at work for four weeks with manager observation.
Who it is for
New joiners and graduate hires; customer-facing teams; team leaders and managers who present, write and give feedback; technical experts who need to explain their work to non-experts. Variants exist for BPO/ITES, sales and factory supervisors.
Outcomes we commit to
- Participants apply two chosen behaviours for four weeks and are observed doing so by their manager.
- Fewer escalations and rework caused by unclear communication — tracked with the team leader.
- Certification on a scored AI conversation and, where included, a presentation.

Frequently asked
What does communication skills training cover?
Spoken and written business communication: structuring a message, listening, asking better questions, non-verbal signals, feedback, presenting, business writing and email, and communicating across cultures and virtual teams.
Is it suitable for non-native English speakers?
Yes. Sessions run in English, Hindi or a mix, and separate English language, voice-and-accent and business-writing programmes exist for teams that need language support.
How do you make it stick?
Each participant picks two behaviours to apply for four weeks, practises with the AI partner, and is observed by their manager using a simple checklist we provide.
Can it be combined with presentation skills?
Presentation Skills is a programme within this area and is commonly added as a third day.
