Indus team building programmes take intact and cross-functional teams through their real collaboration problems — using experiential and outbound activities, simulations and facilitated conversations — and end with a written working agreement and a 30-day action plan that the manager tracks.
Who it is for
Intact teams that need to work better together; newly formed, merged or restructured teams; cross-functional project groups; leadership teams and offsites; large sales or service conferences where a shared way of working is the goal.
Outcomes we commit to
- A written team working agreement — how we decide, communicate, escalate and support — owned by the team, not the facilitator.
- Measured movement in the team-health pulse (trust, clarity, collaboration) between pre-work and 30 days.
- A 30-day action plan with named owners, reviewed on the follow-up call.
How it runs
Pre-work: a short AI team-health pulse and manager interview. The day (or two): simulations and outbound activities chosen for the issues the pulse revealed, each debriefed against the team's own situation, then a facilitated session to write the working agreement. Follow-up at 30 days to review actions and re-run the pulse.
Formats
Indoor experiential, outbound (venues across India), hybrid for distributed teams, and conference formats for large groups. Outbound Training is a programme within this area.

What the programme covers
Frequently asked
Is this an outbound programme?
It can be. Indus runs outbound training at venues across India as well as indoor and hybrid formats. The activities are chosen for the team's real issues, and every format ends with a working agreement and action plan.
How long is a team building programme?
One or two days, typically as an offsite, with a 30-day follow-up call or half-day session.
What is the difference between team building and team training?
A team-building day builds trust and shared understanding; team training develops specific skills such as communication or conflict management. Indus programmes combine both so the day produces lasting behaviour, not only energy.
Can you run it for very large groups?
Yes — from a single team of eight to conferences of several hundred, using 340+ trainers across 26 cities.
