Indus presentation skills training teaches professionals to structure a message, deliver it with presence, use visuals that help and handle questions — practised to an AI audience, recorded and scored, then applied to real presentations over three weeks with coaching.
Who it is for
Managers who present to leadership; sales and pre-sales teams who pitch to customers; technical and functional experts who explain their work; trainers and HR teams. Variants for customer proposals, board reviews and virtual presenting.
Outcomes we commit to
- A visible score improvement between the first recorded presentation and certification, on a shared rubric.
- Participants deliver at least two real presentations during the programme with coaching and manager feedback.
- Sales variant: proposal presentations that move the deal, tracked with the sales manager.
How it runs
Day one: purpose, audience, storyline and structure — each participant rebuilds a real upcoming presentation. Day two: delivery, visuals, handling questions and virtual technique, with recorded presentations and feedback. Three weeks of rehearsal to the AI audience and delivery of real presentations with an Indus coach observing, then a half-day follow-up with the final scored presentation.

What the programme covers
Frequently asked
Who is presentation skills training for?
Anyone whose work depends on being understood in a room or on a call: managers reporting to leadership, sales and pre-sales teams pitching, technical experts explaining, trainers and HR presenting programmes.
Do participants present during the programme?
Yes, several times — on day one, at the end of day two, to the AI audience during the three-week practice window, and at the follow-up. All are recorded and scored.
Do you cover virtual presentations?
Yes. Camera, voice and slide techniques for Teams/Zoom, keeping attention without a room, and handling questions in chat.
Can it be tailored to sales pitches or board presentations?
Yes — the two most common variants are the customer proposal presentation for sales teams and the leadership review for managers.
