This policy explains what personal information Indus Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (“Indus”, “we”) collects through induscorptrainers.com and the Indus Smart LMS, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Enquiries. Name, organization, work email, phone and the details you give us when you request a proposal or a consultation.
- Learning platform accounts. Name, email, employer or cohort, login activity, course progress, assessment and practice results, and — where your organization has enabled it — recordings and transcripts of AI role-play or voice-coaching sessions.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, assess and report on learning programmes for you and, where applicable, the organization that enrolled you.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and the learning platform.
- We do not sell personal information.
Learner data and your employer
When you use the Indus Smart LMS through a programme run for your employer, your progress, scores and feedback are shared with that organization’s learning and management teams as agreed in the programme. AI role-play and voice-coaching sessions are processed to generate feedback; the technology partners used, retention periods and access controls are documented for each implementation and available from your programme administrator.

The site uses cookies needed for login and security, and analytics (Google Site Kit) to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. Learner records are kept for the duration of the programme and any agreed reporting period. Access is role-based and limited to staff who need it.
Your rights
