- Assessment scores — pre and post, diagnostic to certification, criteria-level where AI evaluation is used
- Practice activity — role-play attempts, scores over attempts, recurring gaps
- On-the-job application — observations and checklists from the implementation phase with the dedicated trainer
- Business outcomes — the sales, service or quality measures agreed with stakeholders, tracked over the 12–24 month engagement
How it is reported
Dashboards on Indus Smart LMS for learning teams and managers; consolidated programme reviews at each milestone; exportable data for your own systems. Where verified business numbers exist, they are reported with the client's agreement; where they do not, we say so rather than estimate.
