The app is used for employees to check in and mark their attendance with their current location. therefore we need foreground locations and also the app sends their location coordinates periodically when running in the background so we can track employees’ productivity, and ensure proper billed kilometres and task creations from the location coordinates.

App location usage is detailed below:

“background” / “when the app is closed” / “always in use” / “when the app is not in use”.

Our app needs background location so we can track employees’ daily routes and how many KM they have travelled against the bill they send us. this is very important because many employees claim fake km driven.

Therefore we need background & foreground location access to the application.

Also when employees check in through the app to mark attendance.

C. Task Information: The App allows trainers to update tasks and upload photos of participants. This may include personal information of participants, such as images, names, and other relevant details.
